Ombré gradient nails!
Good evening everyone! Tonight's post is going to be on an 'effect' that I've only actually tried recently. It's the ombré effect using the sponge method. I see most effects being done when I'm browsing YouTube (I love seeing collection and storage videos)!
I had tried doing these nails before and I don't think I had enough patience with doing them as you need to do more than one 'dab', especially if you don't use a base colour (which I usually don't).
I had planned on doing this post on my second attempt of ombré but since completing the post I have done another manicure using the effect.

I wish I had kept the sponge to do a pictorial to show you all how I did this look but if you go on to YouTube there are so many sponge techniques on how to do this!
I only chose to do the ombré effect on the ring finger just for quickness, but on all the other nails I just did one of each of the colours used in the ombré effect. Followers of my Instagram would have already seen these nails.
